SHIPPING POLICY

At Millcreek SoapErie, we take pride in our shipping methods, packaging, and costs. We ensure that your products are delivered with care and in a timely manner, so you can enjoy them as soon as possible. We believe in transparency and strive to provide the best shipping experience for our customers.

Shipment Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. Orders are not processed, shipped, or available for pick-up on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order (this sometimes happens due to a stock error), we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All standard orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and include insurance. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Orders larger than 20 lbs, or wholesale orders, will be shipped by FedEx Ground. Since most locations will receive their order within 2-3 days, we do not offer "Expedited Shipping".

Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
Millcreek SoapErie does indeed ship to addresses within the US Territories and APO/FPO/DPO address locations.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped that will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Be sure to check your SPAM folder in the event you have not received a tracking number within 48 hours of order placement.

International Shipping
International shipping fees for bulky and/or heavy items, like soap and bath bombs, are usually cost-prohibitive. For this reason, we generally do not ship internationally. If you are thinking of placing a large, international order, please give us a call. These orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Millcreek SoapErie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (VAT, tariffs, taxes, etc).

Damages
Millcreek SoapErie is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Heartfelt Guarantee - We've taken great care in creating some amazing products that we hope will charm, surprise, and delight you. We love each and every item and sincerely hope you will, too. If, for any reason, you aren't 100% satisfied with any product you receive, please send us a message (or give us a call) to discuss the options available to you, excluding shipping/handling charges.
Original and Return Shipping Fees are not refundable. We do not cover return shipping fees. Ever. While we really don't like to use the word "BUT" ... because of the nature of our products, we can not accept returns/exchanges of personal care items that have been opened, damaged, altered, or show visible signs of use. Products that have been opened will not be accepted for return. No exceptions. Refunds, replacements, or exchanges of a product are at our discretion and not a choice. Please understand, if your order is accepted for a return, you will be charged a 15% restock fee (deducted from your refund amount). Return requests must be made within 15 days of receipt of order and made by the person placing the original order.
Should you choose to cancel your order prior to its shipping, a 15% cancellation & restock fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note: gift wrapping charges cannot be refunded.
